Fast Drawstring Pouch

As a member of the Kansas City Modern Quilt Guild, I am part of a committee for charity.  We are working with the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department and they requested bags that they can fill with items and give to victims of domestic violence.

I designed this pouch to be something that would take a minimal amount of monetary and time investment.  One fat quarter and a shoestring. Hopefully, we will get enough donations that the police department will request that we stop.  You can download this PDF pattern for free here.
